What a contractor site has to do.
A homeowner gives your site a few seconds. In that time it has to answer four questions.
- Do you do the job I need? A clear page for that exact service, not a long list on one “Services” page.
- Do you work in my town? Your service area, spelled out, with pages for the towns that matter most.
- Can I trust you? Real photos of your work, your license info and straight answers to common questions.
- How do I reach you? Call, text or email, one tap away on every page, on every phone.
What comes with every build.
Mobile first
Most homeowners find you on a phone. Every page is built and tested for small screens first.
A page per service
Each job you want more of gets its own page with its own title, so it can rank on its own.
Built for speed
Lean code, compressed images and no heavy page builders slowing things down.
Easy to edit
Built on WordPress, so you or your office manager can change text, photos and hours without calling us.
Template site vs. a site built to rank.
| Typical template site | SEO Algorithms build | |
|---|---|---|
| Services | One page listing everything | A page for every service you want to sell |
| Locations | A list of towns in the footer | Real pages for your key towns |
| Phone | Number in the header only | Call, text and email one tap away on every page |
| Ownership | Often locked to the vendor | Domain, hosting and files in your name |
You own all of it.
If you ever leave, the site goes with you. Nothing to rebuild, nothing to buy back.
- Your domain, in your name
- Your hosting account and admin login
- Your website files and theme
- Every page and photo we created for you
- Your Google Analytics and Search Console data

Website questions.
What platform do you build on?
WordPress. It is the most common platform for small businesses, it is easy to edit, and you are never stuck with one company to maintain it.
Can you use my existing domain?
Yes. We keep your domain and set it up so the old pages that have rankings point to the right new pages.
Can I update the site myself?
Yes. You get your own admin login. Changing text, photos and hours takes a few minutes.
How much does it cost?
Websites start at $997, paid once for the build. The final price depends on how many services and towns you need pages for. You get a clear quote after the first call.
How long does it take?
Most sites are live in 3 to 4 weeks from the first call.
Can you help with my Google Business Profile?
Yes. Google Business Profile help is available as a paid add-on when you buy a website from us.
