Straight answers

Questions contractors ask us.

If your question is not here, call, text or email. We will give you a straight answer.

Price and ownership.

How much does a website cost?

Websites start at $997, paid once for the build. The final price depends on how many services and towns you need pages for. You get a clear quote after the first call.

Is there a monthly fee?

Not for the website. You pay once for the build, and the site is yours.

How long does it take?

Most sites are live in 3 to 4 weeks from the first call.

What happens to my website if we stop working together?

Nothing. It is already yours. The domain, hosting, files and content are in your name from day one.

Who owns the content you write?

You do. Every page we write is yours to keep, whether you stay with us or not.

Websites and SEO.

What do you actually do?

We build SEO-ready websites for home service contractors, and we do on-page SEO: titles, headings, page structure, speed, schema, and service and town pages.

What platform do you build on?

WordPress. It is easy to edit, widely supported, and you are never stuck with one company to maintain it.

Can you work on my existing site?

Often, yes, especially if it is on WordPress. After the first call we will tell you whether fixing it or rebuilding makes more sense.

Can you help with my Google Business Profile?

Yes. Google Business Profile help is available as a paid add-on when you buy a website from us. We do not manage ads.

Results.

How long until my site ranks?

It depends on your market and where you are starting from. A well-built site with the right pages can start moving in weeks; competitive cities take longer. We will give you our honest read on the first call.

Do you guarantee first place on Google?

No. Nobody can honestly guarantee a ranking, and anyone who does is selling something. We can promise good work, straight answers and a site you own.

Who we work with.

Which trades do you work with?

Roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and remodeling, including siding, windows and gutters.

Do you work outside my state?

We work remotely with contractors across the United States.

Still have a question?

Call, text or email. A straight answer, no sales pitch.
